I don't see the player when I view my episodes

Common reasons this issue occurs:

  1. The audio player isn't set to appear for the full content of an episode. Double-check settings in your WordPress Admin dashboard > Podcasting > Settings > General 
  2. Episode audio file is a reference to a folder as opposed to a specific file
  3. The audio file is password protected
  4. The website is running on an IP address and not a domain name
  5. A plugin has been installed that conflicts with the WordPress media player. Run a plugin conflict test
