Podcast 2.0 Locked tag in Seriously Simple Podcasting

Use the Podcast 2.0 namespace podcast:locked tag to prevent other podcast hosting platforms from importing your podcast's RSS feed. By default, the RSS feed is locked.

Lock or unlock the RSS feed 

1. Sign in to your WordPress Admin dashboard

2. Go to Podcasting > Settings > Feed Details

3. Check or uncheck the Locked box:
