My podcast feed only includes 10 episodes

Show more episodes in your RSS feed on WordPress using Seriously Simple Podcasting plugin.

While podcast RSS feeds are managed by Seriously Simple Podcasting, the number of episodes to be included in a feed is set from your WordPress Admin dashboard:

  1. In your WordPress Admin dashboard, go to Settings → Readings (not Podcasting → Settings).
  2. From Syndication feeds show the most recent field, set the number of episodes to be include in your podcast's feed.
  3. Click Save Settings.

By default, WordPress sets this number to 10. This is why it’s common for new podcasts to only see the 10 most recent episodes in their feed.

Set this number to whatever you’d like and the podcast directories your podcast is submitted to will start showing that many of your most recent episodes.
