Castos Ads: Set your PayPal email address
To accept payouts from Castos Ads, we require you to connect a verified PayPal account that is also eligible for PayPal Payouts (formerly PayPal Mass Pay).
- For many of our customers, this verification means that their PayPal account meets the following conditions:
- Has an added and confirmed bank account.
- Applied for and been approved for a PayPal Credit product.
- Depending on your country, the verification process could be a bit different so please consult PayPal's documentation if you experience trouble adding your PayPal account.
- For PayPal Payout Eligibility, this is usually determined your region and/or whether or not your PayPal account is in good standing.
Set Your Paypal Email Address
- Click Monetization from the main menu
- Click Settings
- Click Connect with PayPal
- You will be redirected to PayPal where you will be prompted to log in to your PayPal account. Once logged in you'll be redirected back to Castos.
- If your PayPal account is verified, you've now set your PayPal email address to receive payouts
- If your PayPal account is not verified, please see PayPal's documentation for how to verify your account for your region.
Note: While our API can determine if your PayPal account is verified, we cannot determine if you're eligible to receive PayPal Payouts. This means you could connect an account to Castos that is unable to receive payouts. If you are in a region where PayPal services are typically restrictive, have had issues with your account standing, or are unsure if your account is eligible, please reach out to PayPal Support for confirmation. If we are unable to issue your payout via our PayPal Payouts process, we will try to manually issue your payout but then we will unfortunately have to disable Castos Ads for your account.
