How do I reset my password?
Click the password reset link on the Sign In page, or use the following link: Forget Password?
I sent myself a password reset email but I haven't received it. What's wrong?
Check your Spam folder and double-check the email address used to sign into your Castos account was entered correctly.
How do I cancel my Castos account?
Sign into your Castos dashboard → click your account avatar → select Account Settings from the menu. Select the Subscription Billing tab, then Cancel Account.
How do I change my Castos subscription?
Sign into your Castos dashboard → click your account avatar → select My Account from the menu. Select the Subscription Billing tab and click Change Plan to select a different Castos subscription plan. See our help guide on changing your Castos hosting subscription here.
How many podcasts can I have in one Castos account?
As many as you need!
I have podcasts on more than one WordPress website. Can I connect them all to a single Castos hosting account?
No. Although you can create and manage as many podcasts as you'd like in a WordPress site, the API limits your Castos hosting account to a single WordPress website.
What's the difference between the Essentials, Growth, and Pro subscription plans?

Are Episode Transcriptions included in the cost of my subscription plan?
Yes. Automated episode transcriptions are free with all Castos hosting subscriptions. Each plan has a number of monthly transcript credits (one credit = one full episode):
