My episode transcription failed

Castos Transcriptions are automatic for newly published episodes.


In case your episode transcript does not generate:


  1. Check the audio file uploaded is supported file type (MP3, M4A, or MP4). If a different file type has been uploaded, replace the media file with a supported type.
  2. Email Castos Support with the following:
    • Castos account email
    • Episode title
    • Episode link

The Castos team will respond as soon as they are able to and regenerate this episode's transcript and investigate the issue.
