Change your Castos subscription plan

A subscription plan can be updated at any time. Changes are effective immediately and your billing will be adjusted or prorated automatically. To change your plan:

  1. Click your account avatar → Account Settings.
  2. Click the Billing tab → Change Plan
  3. Select your new plan's billing cycle (Monthly or Yearly), then Select under desired plan (Essentials, Growth, or Pro). You can alternatively select a plan from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click Review Changes
  5. You'll see a breakdown of any unused time on your current plan and possible credit applied toward future invoices. When ready, click Change Plan Now.

NOTE

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan during a trial and your trial duration will not be affected.
