Castos Commerce: Required Stripe Settings

Castos Commerce requires that you allow your customers to view and update payments as well as cancel their own subscriptions.

Payment Methods

To allow customers to update and view their payment methods, you'll need to visit your Stripe Customer Portal.

1. Toggle Payment methods to ON.
   1. You can also click Manage to manage the payment methods you accept but this is optional here.
2. Click Save changes.

Cancellations

To allow customers to cancel their subscriptions, you'll need to visit your Stripe Customer Portal.

1. Toggle Cancel Subscriptions ON.
2. Select either Cancel immediately or Cancel at end of billing period. Prorating an immediately canceled subscription is up to you, and not required by us. Likewise, collecting a cancellation reason is also optional for us and strictly a personal preference.
3. Click Save Changes
